These moths are in the Order Lepidoptera, Family Geometridae. Green geometer moths are, as their name suggests, strikingly green. Their wingspan is generally around an inch in width or just slightly less.
Exact species may vary and may not perfectly match the photo. Often they are darker green than the photo which is of a pale specimen.
